Concentrix South Africa upgrades create new opportunities and community impact
Concentrix Corporation, a global technology and services leader, is excited to announce a significant expansion in South Africa, including upgraded site facilities with new job opportunities and initiatives that give back to local communities. The company’s growth reflects its dedication to innovation, employee well-being, and global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. This includes building resilient communities and supporting impactful causes that resonate with employees.
Across its global operations, the company actively engages in projects that bolster local communities and biodiversity. Through innovative programs, employees can contribute their voice, time, and resources to causes they are passionate about, collaborating with nonprofits and organizations to make a difference.
Following the company’s recent rebrand – which reinforces Concentrix people-centered approach – they have upgraded their sites in Paramount Place Claremont, The Helix Cape Town, and Westway Durban. Introducing state-of-the-art workspaces designed to foster collaboration and employee wellness, these newly enhanced office spaces feature modern technology, eco-friendly workspaces, and facilities aimed at creating an inspiring and inclusive work environment.

Boost for careers and communities
The Concentrix expansion in South Africa has also opened new career opportunities for hundreds of South Africans. Commenting on this exciting development, Lock added: “We’re proud to contribute to local job creation and offer exciting career opportunities. Our operations are growing, and we are eager to welcome talented individuals who can help drive our shared vision.”
Alongside recent estate growth, Concentrix has a rich history of supporting local communities since launching operations in South Africa in 2014. Core ESG initiatives include partnerships with Columba Leadership, Save the Children, and Blossom Care Solutions. In 2024 alone, these initiatives impacted over 1,200 individuals, with many Concentrix staff generously volunteering their time and skills to contribute to these projects.
Commenting on the leadership initiative, one teacher from Ntwenhle Secondary School noted, “This academy helped me a lot in understanding leadership. Going back to my real life, l will apply the values we learned throughout the week. These helped me persevere and showed me that you need people around you.”
Another teacher from Ravensmead Secondary School, said: “This has been such an awesome experience. I hope you can do this for the rest of our young people. They need you to help them so they can help others.”
Recently, Columba students visited Concentrix sites across South Africa, where they gained first-hand insight into the industry. This experience helped them develop valuable skills and build confidence, while inspiring their future careers.
Feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, with a Grade 10 Ravensmead Secondary School student commenting: “My confidence is higher and I now have the courage to speak in front of people. I have great potential deep inside of me.”
From Ntwenhle Secondary School, another Grade 10 student noted: “I now can talk to people freely and speak my mind and talk my feelings, and I get to see my positive side.”
Additionally, the Concentrix team has transformed local schools by painting facilities and enhancing library spaces, fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
