What is your leadership philosophy?
It’s rooted in connection, inspiration, and purpose. I lead with integrity and a values-driven mindset. I build strong relationships, communicate with empathy, and respond rather than react. Leadership, to me, is about creating environments where others feel safe to grow and are inspired to achieve their best.
